General Instructions

1. The clock will be set at the server. The coundown timer last but one at the top right corner of screen will display the remaining time available. When timer reaches Zero, the examination will end by itself.you need not terminate the examination or submit your paper.

2. The Question Palette on the right-middle of screen will show the status of each question by using one of the following symbols.

You have answered the question.

You have not answered the question.

You have not visited the question yet.

You have not answered the question, but have marked the question for review.

You have answered the question, but have marked the question for review.

The marked for review status for a question simply indicates that you would like to lookat that question again. If a question is answered but marked for review then the answer will be considered for evaluation unless the status is modified by examinee.

Navigationto a Question :

1. Click on the question number in the Question Palette at the right of the device's screen to go to that numbered question directly. Note that using this option does save your answer to the current question..

2. Click on Save and Next to save your answer for the current question and the next numbered question will appear in your screen.

3. Click on Marked for Review to save your answer for the current question and also merk it for review and the next numbered question will appear in your screen.

3. Note that your answer for the current question will not be saved if you navigate to another question directly by clicking on a question number without saving the answer to the previous question.

You can view allthe questions by clicking on the Question Paper button.This featured created, so that the examinee will be able to see the question paper at a glance.

Answering a Question

4. Proceedure for answering a multiple choice(MCQ) type question.

1. choose one answer from the four(4)options(1, 2, 3, 4) given below the question, click on the bubble placed before the chosen option

2. To deselect the chosen answer, click on the bubble of the chosen againor click on the Clear Response button

3. To change the chosen answer, click on the bubble of another option

4. To save the answer, you must click on the Save and Next

5. To mark a question for review, click on the Mark for review button. If an answer is selected (for MCQ/MCAQ) entered (for numericalanswer type) for a question that is Mark for review, that answer will be consideredin the evaluation unless the status is modified by the candidate

6. To change your answer to a question that has already been answered, first select that for answering and follow the procedure for answering that type of question

7. Note that Only for which answers are Saved or Mark for review after answering will be consideredin the evaluation unless the status is modified by the candidate

8. Sections in this question paper are displaed in the second of the screen. Question in the section can be viewed by clickingon the name of that Section. The Section you are currently viewing will be highlited

9. After clicking the Save and Next buton for the last question in a section. You will automatically be taken to the first question of the next section insequence

10. You can move the mouse cursor over the name of a Section to view the answering status for that Section
